Children age 3 and older who have a ticket are welcome. If you choose to bring a child and he or she creates a disturbance or interferes with anyone’s enjoyment of the performance, you and the child will kindly be asked to watch the remainder of the performance in the Grand Lobby.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the balcony unless accompanied by an adult.
The auditorium doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled concert time.
Late seating is provided at the first available break in the performance. Television monitors will allow you to view the performance while you wait to be seated.
Yes. Tickets are available in the Grand Lobby one hour before curtain, subject to availability.
The box office is open during regular business hours; you can find it on the ground floor of the Hall of Administration, just across the front mall at 14400-A S. Bryant Road. On performance days, the box office opens one hour before curtain in the auditorium’s Grand Lobby.
Will-call tickets are available at the will-call desk in the Grand Lobby one hour before curtain. Please have photo ID ready.
Although there is no dress code, given the regal setting, fine dress is appropriate and appreciated. Dress comfortably, but please do not wear tank-tops, shorts or flip-flops.
You may bring personal items, including a coat or handbag. However, parcels, luggage and umbrellas are not permitted in Armstrong Auditorium. Umbrella stands are available outside on the veranda during inclement weather.
The claim check room is located on the ground floor of the Grand Lobby, to the left of the elevator. The service is free of charge.
Concessions are available 30 minutes before curtain and during intermission in the upstairs balcony lobby, as well as outside on the veranda during fair weather. Please remember to bring cash or a credit card, as we have no on-site ATM. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Armstrong Auditorium. While chewing gum is prohibited, mints and throat lozenges are welcome.
Take all the photos you like before and after the concert. However, for licensing purposes and as a courtesy to the artists and other patrons, photography or recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the concerts.
Armstrong Auditorium is a smoke-free facility indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the Grand Lobby on the veranda.
Mobile phones, alarm watches and electronic paging systems must be silenced during the performance.
The auditorium is not available for rental. The building is in daily use by the Armstrong International Cultural Foundation, Herbert W. Armstrong College, Imperial Academy and the Philadelphia Church of God.
